Straight answers, no pitch.
Each calculator page has its own detailed questions. These are the ones people ask about FamilyFirstPlan.org itself.
What is FamilyFirstPlan.org?
A free set of calculators and a free membership built around three things families put off: protecting the house, covering a funeral, and giving the kids a head start. Behind it is Sydney Troski, an independent licensed life and wealth strategist who shops ten carriers.
Which calculator should I start with?
If you have a mortgage and someone depends on your income, start with Keep the House. If you are over 50 and thinking about not leaving the kids a bill, start with Cover the Goodbye. If you want to set a child up for life with a small monthly amount, start with Kids Head Start. Members can run all three.
Do I need to give my email to see the number?
No. Every calculator shows the result on the page. Joining is only needed to save it, track it, use the member tools and message your strategist.
Is this a quote?
No. The calculators show the amount your family would need and the months of runway, from the numbers you enter. A quote comes from a carrier after health questions. Sydney Troski requests real quotes across ten carriers on your free call.
Is membership really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no fee. The dashboard, the community, the tools, the courses and the strategy call are all free. If you decide to start a policy, that is a separate choice you make with your strategist.
Who is Sydney Troski?
An independent licensed life insurance agent based in South Carolina, NPN 20887332, licensed in South Carolina, California, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Virginia. Independent means she is not tied to one company. Her mission is to be the broker she wishes everyone had: someone who shops every option, explains everything clearly, and puts your family first.
What is a life and wealth strategist?
A licensed agent who looks at the whole picture, protection today and growth later, instead of selling one product. On this site that means mortgage protection and final expense for the protection side, and indexed universal life and annuities for the growth side.
What is the Family Ready Score?
A 0 to 100 score inside the membership. Ten questions about coverage, beneficiaries, wishes and paperwork. It only goes up as you finish things, and it tells you the next three moves. Levels run Aware, Prepared, Protected, Secured and Legacy.
Which carriers does she work with?
Ethos, John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Foresters, American Amicable, Corebridge Financial, Global Atlantic, F&G, Prosperity Life and Columbian Financial Group. The list changes as carriers change their products, and no carrier pays to be on it.
Which states do you serve?
Sydney Troski is licensed in South Carolina, California, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Virginia. If you live somewhere else, join anyway, use the tools, and she will point you to a licensed agent for your state.
Is the family story on this page real?
It is an illustrative story with the names changed, written to show how a call with Sydney Troski actually goes. It will be replaced with a real client story once a family has approved sharing theirs.
How do I talk to a real person?
Join free and request a call from your dashboard, call or text (740) 424-6884, or email sydneytroski@gmail.com. Calls are 30 minutes, free, with no obligation.
